It’s a Wrap!

Remarkable things can occur when we have a daily spiritual practice and then surrender to the Divine to watch the magic unfold.  Spring of 2020 has been unusually transformative in ways that all of us can probably agree have been like nothing we have ever seen before.  This once in lifetime generational shift has almost everyone on the planet facing a new reality. Adi and I, of course, are no different.  When we started the year, our intentions were to begin shooting Season 2 of Yes, And Yoga on location in Costa Rica.  We planned to have a combination yoga […]

The Big Move

So many changes are on the horizon.  My comedy show, Four Day Weekend, is dark due to Covid 19.  In theater terms, this means closed.  The very thing that has taken up the majority of my attention for the last 23 years has unceremoniously come to an end (at least for the time being).  Like many people, I have reached this interesting stage of my life where I am literally not sure what the future holds or where I am headed. The Veil of Maya

God established Earth as a place for human beings to purse spiritual advancement.  Can we, as mankind, remember that we are One with God?  Can we shed the veil of illusion long enough to remember that we agreed to come here to challenge our consciousness to recognize that we chose this at the level of our soul?  “I will remember,” we said as we prepared to incarnate on Earth.  “We are God.  There is no separation between us and the Divine.”  To each I encounter I will remind them through my radiance what most have forgotten.  We and God, God

Today is the Day

Adi and I arose to do our early morning Sadhana around 4:45 am.  For those of you unfamiliar, Sadhana is a daily spiritual practice that aligns with our highest potential (read more here).  We rise each morning to connect to our Highest Self to set the course for our day.  After Sadhana, Adi asked me if I wanted to go for a walk.  It was 6:15 am in Texas and the heat of the day hadn’t quite set in—the perfect time for a walk. Adi and I often talk about how important it is to live life like we are

We’ll Always Have Paris

Prologue: A Whisper in the Night “You will meet a woman in Paris.” The phrase was so direct and to the point that I almost disregarded it as quickly as it entered my mind while standing alone in my kitchen. Who was this voice?  What was this voice trying to tell me?  My father had passed away only a few months earlier, and my 15-year marriage, on life-support, had unceremoniously come to an end at around the same time.  To say the least, things were unsettled.  The voice itself was unsettling. The last thing in the world I was even
